With over a decade of experience in aesthetics, LJ Jones brings a unique blend of warmth, expertise, and dedication to Melissa Gibbens Aesthetics and Wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University), combining her business acumen with a deep passion for patient care.
Before entering the world of aesthetics, LJ spent 16 years as a flight attendant, where she mastered the art of unreasonable hospitality—a skill she now brings to every patient interaction. Her commitment to ensuring each patient feels seen, supported, and well cared for is unmatched.
In addition to assisting Melissa and working closely with weight loss patients who are achieving incredible results, LJ also contributes behind the scenes with social media and marketing efforts. Her creativity and eye for detail help bring the brand’s vision to life across every platform.

Kristina Straps has been a valued member of the Melissa Gibbens Aesthetics and Wellness team for over six years, bringing extensive experience and a passion for skincare to every treatment she performs.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Kristina specializes in advanced laser treatments, medical-grade facials, and a wide range of skin-focused procedures, always striving to deliver visible, lasting results.
Known for her compassionate approach, Kristina ensures every patient feels cared for, confident, and supported on their aesthetic journey. She is currently pursuing her nursing degree and is well on her way to becoming an aesthetic injector—an exciting next step in her growing career.
